Harley and Rose handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. As each flower arrangement is unique, so too, are the special requirements surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us on 95816122 during business hours to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your gift. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return and a photo of the arrangement so that we can fully understand the issue and thereby take action accordingly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a partial refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds are made at the discretion of Harley and Rose.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. 


Should you wish to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Harley and Rose Florist 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.


Bearing in mind that flowers, plants and trees are living things. Cut flowers may last 3-5 days if looked after by the recipient. This includes cutting stems regularly, changing the water in your vase for cut flowers and watering all arrangements daily. Flowers should be kept in a cool place out of direct sunlight, heaters, air-conditioners, under ceiling fans and on or near TVs to help ensure a longer lifespan.


Premium dates incur higher prices due to factors that are outside our control.  These dates include, but are not limited to:

2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including February 14th
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including Mother's Day
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including Christmas
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including New Year's Eve
Higher delivery charges may also apply during these peak periods.

 Sale items are non returnable or exchangeable.

For non-sale items:

Please note returns only accepted unused, with original swing tags/labels attached, within 14 days of receipt.

Item/s that smell of perfume or deodorant, or have make up marks or stains on them will not be accepted as returns.  A refund excluding postage/freight will be made against the original purchase within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

If a garment is the wrong size we will exchange it (at the purchasers freight cost) with the same garment in a different size. We are unable to accept returns on hats, hair pieces and earrings due to Australian health and safety regulations. Cost to return the garment is at the customer’s expense.

 Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded after assessment by the Harley and Rose customer service team.  All faulty items must be reported to the Harley and Rose Customer Service Team within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 Any product being returned must be in its original condition, unused, unmarked, in the original packaging & not defective as a result of misuse.

Non-Defective Goods Fee

For warranty claims on non defective goods a $10 non-fault fee will be payable. The customer will have to pay for the $10 shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.
